Wow time flys

 Today I had my 5 deitan appt and have one more to go and that one is on Oct 3rd. Since I have started this I have gained 15 pounds right after my galbladder surgery and still having issues losing it. My deiatan got a little mad at me because I have been having troubles with low blood sugar since that sugrey and haven't said antying. And of crouse I would grab a candy bar, so that doesn't help. She gave me useful tips and set a goal for me to get to for next mouth. Around 255, I'm 264, so it's not impossiable but it wil be a wake up call. Because last thing I want is too be deined because of weight gain. All of you guys have been a big help. My dietan thinks it will be early nov to mid nov when my surgery will happen. I just can't wait.
