Does anyone else seem to get hungrier right before you lose a lot of weight
I have noticed that some days i feel super hungry. I end up eating more than on a typical day. I stick with healthy choices but I end up eating 4 or 5 meals and/or snacks instead of 3. Then it seems like a day or two later I end up losing two or three pounds (sometimes as much as 5 pounds) over night. I was just wondering if anyone else experiences this? Does this go away as the weight loss slows?
Yes I find the days I can get more calories in are followed by weightloss. I chalk it up to the fact my body finally found out I wasn't starving it lol. My doc's office said to set a goal of 800 calories a day. The closer I am to that I lose. When I'm under 500 which is often the case I lose slower.
