Hey All...
Im feeling really frusterated this morning. For he first 4 weeks my weight melted off... now I lose 3 lbs gain two, lose one, gain one... etc. Im working out every day and getting all of my protein in! Am I missing something? Anything I can do to help this weight drop faster?

What you're experiencing is completely normal. You'll have stalls here and there, but the weight will start coming off again soon. Don't drive yourself too crazy on the scale; it's not worth the over-analyzing.
As long as your following your plan, you will lose that weight. Give your body time.

Your weight is going to fluctuate no matter what you do. My advice - if these fluctuations frustrate you, stay off the scale.
You seem to be doing everything right, so I'm confident you'll be successful in your endeavors. Remember, you did not gain this weight overnight - it will not come off overnight. This is a lifetime journey - not a sprint to a finish line. Don't worry about how fast you lose - sit back and enjoy all the wonderful victories you will experience this first year!
