approved!!

Just wanted to let eveyone know that my surgeons office called today and said my insurance approved my band removal and revison to RNY. However they approved it as a same day surgery and my surgeon likes to remove the band and wait 6 weeks to let it heal. The lady from my surgeons office said that it wasnt a big deal and that she can get them to let it be two surgeries. She is getting all the stuff together and will call me friday and we will schedule the band removal. I am a mix of emotions right now. So happy but now it seems so real and I just want to have as much info on the RNY as possible considering I had no info when I got the band.
