 I didn't see the thread if it is out there....

I had a decent night sleep , I like it. I could get used to it.  The tiny bit cooler weather is so nice! Of course tomorrow when I am off work it is supposed to rain ... but that's ok too, cuz I'll take a nap!
  Today is spin class, then a staff meeting, then a meeting for a new interview panel I am on, then wor****il 0100.

B - mint cookie w/ 4oz milk, 4 water
S - unoffical, but I licked the spoon of my latest batch of Protein Power Balls
L - ww waffle, peanut butter, 1/2 banana
S - almond chocolate milk (post spin)
  - CHOCOLATE protein power balls
D - tilapia, cheese, onions, tomato, cabbage
S - carrots / celery / hummus
   - turkey / cheese

I slept through the night for the first time in weeks last night. I forgot how good it feels to not wake up every hour. My husband and I had a long talk last night about his mom's condition, and I think accepting the road ahead made me feel more like celebrating the time we have with her and not focusing so much on the anxiety of the inevitable.

I ran 5k this morning and my ankle didn't swell, so the Achilles is improving!

Lunch: Grilled shrimp with cherry tomatoes, green peppers, red onion, and spinach.
Snack: Kashi protein and fiber bar.
Dinner: Broccoli and chicken with cheese sauce, protein waffles, or maybe roasted chicken and beans.
Snack: Another kashi bar or yogurt/fruit.

B: Rolled Oats with Almond Milk and Rasberries
S: Fage Greek yogurt & banana
L: Low Sodium Turkey on Flax Wheat Breat lettuce, Tom & Mustard
S: Apple
D: 4oz Steak with Grilled Zuccinni & Kale Salad
S: Glass of Almond Milk 1/2 Apple (milk First lol)

Hey Mac! If you like pine nuts, try tossing a few toasted ones into your zucchini/kale salad. So good!

I def use them, I love toasting them in a pan before I add them just delicious I just think the calorie content is high so I limit them to regular meals

Great ideas for meals for today. I fell off the wagon and I gained 30 pounds. From once being 134... OUCH! I know.... My stomache got used to the carbs that i was including in my meals and gradually went up. Since yesterday I've been planning my meals.... so this is a good jump start.

D. Meatloaf lean cuisine..

May have a chocolate rice cake later with some peanut butter on it. Haven't decided yet.
