If you're going to dump, how quickly do you know it?

So I needed tylenol and at the pharmacist's recommendation got some liquid children's tylenol (because of course there's no adult liquid to be found at the moment). I took a dose of it before I even thought to read the ingredients...and of course one of the ingredients is high fructose corn syrup. Oops. I was immediately concerned about dumping, which I'm pretty sure I haven't experienced yet. But that was like 20-30 minutes ago and I feel fine. So I'm curious, if you're going to dump on something, how quickly after ingesting it do you know you're dumping?

I've only had one major dump and I knew it within 20 mins! I felt like I was going to die...rapid heart rate, sweating, nausea, wretching and I had to lie down in a quiet room. I assume my BP was low too. I never had diarrhea.
The few times I've dumped, I knew in 15 or 20 minutes. I'd think you'd know by now. One dose may not have had very much sugar in it.

I know within 5-15 min if a dump is coming. Just hate those "surprise" dumps!
