Monday!?!?! What are you eating / doing to cope? :)
Oh, how I hate Mondays! I didn't get good sleep last night. I am trying to transition my 3-year-old into his own bed (he's been sleeping in my bed since he was born). Last night was my first try. He was back & forth between his & my bed from about 2:00 AM until we got up.
And, I ate horribly yesterday. I was really good up until dinner. We ordered a pizza because we had a house full of people watching football. It was a 32 slice sheet pizza (the slices are very small). I ate 2. No biggie. An hour later I ate another slice. Then went for a long walk, took a shower and got ready for bed. Then I finished off the last FIVE slices! Good lord... I'm surprised I didn't wake up with severe RH.
So...food today:
Breakfast #1 - protein hot chocolate
Breakfast #2 - Reduced sugar Uncrustable
Lunch - Lean Cuisine Thai chicken
Snack #1 - Quest bar
Snack #2 - Dannon Light & Fit Greek
Dinner - chicken breast, broccoli and 1/4 cup thin spaghetti w/ alfredo sauce

Doing: skipped the am run for more sleep, worked, then afternoon run. (Even though I feel like I"m slacking lately, surprisingly there's progress on my average pace!)

B- zucchini bread (low-carb, using soy flour)
S- decaf coffee with half&half
L - meatloaf (again, low-carb using crushed CocoPops) "faux-wich" - essentially, slice of meatloaf, baby spinach, and provolone on a CocoPop

D- rotisserie chicken.... and some kind of veggie and/or fruit for some balance
