Congratulations! I just signed up for my first 5k also. It is in November. I never thought I'd ever be able to do it let alone actually want to! Congratulations again! That's so exciting!

Good Luck, that's super awesome. I did three of those last year when I was heavier. I am looking forward to seeing the difference when I get some more weight off. I know other things have been better already!!!
