Sunday - What are you doing / eating?

 I know sometimes we skip this thread on weekends, but after yesterday I NEED the accountability!! WOW.... I had almost my entire day's allowed calories in JUNK. Seriously, I don't remember eating that horribly PRE op!!

 We have been insanely busy at work so I worked a total (throughout the day) about 12hrs overtime yesterday. Will get more today and that will take me to about 40hrs overtime for the pay period. Uncle Sam is gonna love me.  I did run 2 miles last night on the TM at an 11.5 minute mile. WOOT!

Today I am exhausted. I hope to get a nap before having to go into the madhouse for 10 hours or so. Rest day from exercise.

B - egg beaters ("egg stirs" - store brand) turkey bacon, chicken sausage
L  - tilapia and cheese,  broccoli / cauli
S - quest
     celery /carrots, hummus
D - egg stirs, might do some tuna
S - LC cheese, rotisserie chicken bits
  -   ww tortilla w/ turkey bacon sliced tomato

Well today I thought I would attempt to make chili for the first time. So it's crockin as we speak. I really hope it turns out to be good. My son on the other hand is walking around with a clothes pin on his nose because he doesn't like the smell. He is really going to hate me when I make him try it. Just finished up two ham & cheese rollups. Not sure what all else I will eat today.

 Stayed over my mother's last night so she and I went for a nicely paced 3 mile walk this morning... Yogurt and low fat granola for breakfast, snack 1 two turkey cheese roll ups, lunch string cheese and some hummus with carrots dinner is up in the air joined an instructional bowling league which starts tonight to definitely looking forward to that!!

Today I ate horribly! I just wasn't hungry.

Eat on a schedule, not based off hunger. I know that sounds weird considering where we came from, but you can't go without food. Get some calories and protein in!
