I currently use Bariatric Advantage chewable iron, but I want to switch to a swallow pill.

Can you recommend the best type to take?

I suggest carbonyl iron because it's absorbed well and usually doesn't cause constipation.

I use Sundown Perfect Iron, but Feosol also makes carbonyl iron.  If you get the Feosol, just make sure you're getting the carbonyl one, because they also make ferrous sulfate and you don't want that.
