I wish I could get my dog to run with me. He will literally stop and refuse to move after one block of running. Brat! (Just kidding, I love him to bits.)

Good luck! I think part of it is that we live in a neighborhood where there are always people running with baby strollers. He is terrified of baby strollers! I have no idea why.

Dogs are funny creatures.  Neville is a rescue dog and scared of any person or animal he doesn;t know.  Sometimes this means barking at someone or chasing after bikers- nothing like getting to that point in the run when you feel great, smooth, fast and then are jerked when you don't notice a biker before he does!

Helped my mom get out to the hair dresser this morning, then watched the NCIS season premiere online instead of going back to bed. Paying for that decision now that I am still looking at another 8.5 hours at work after 3hrs here.
Spin class kicked my booty. Tuesday the trainer had me doing 65lb dead lift /rows and my hams are soooo sore!

B - egg whites, chicken sausage link, cheddar
L - arnold bread, peanut butter, 1/2 banana
S - post spin - peanut butter, dab of local honey
- mint cookie
- ham cheese roll up
D - probably tuna and veggies
S - a new Quest Crave chocolate bar
- quite sure there will be more of something!!

Had my MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) meeting this morning. I am the Coordinator of our group of about 40 women so I am BUSY while I am there. Today, I didn't even eat a bite! (We provide brunch). Now tonight I am off to a Moms Night Out with some of the women from the group - a game night at one of the gal's house. Should be fun! I'm tired already tho so will have to try not to stay too late.

Breakfast: Oops. Nothing.
Lunch: McDonald's cheeseburger (no bun). A couple french fries. (we got after our MOPS mtg b/c there is a huge playarea there for the kids)
Snack: Apple slices, greek yogurt, cheez its
Dinner: Small amount of Chicken thigh, rice, corn - keep it extra small since I'll be eating again.
At the Moms Night: I am bringing some BBQ turkey meatballs & little weiners and a friend is bring a WLS friendly salad.
