8 w post opt and need to find another new JOB!!HORRIBLE BOSS
My boss is horrible, I had to take her to HR just to approve my FMLA leave. it's crazy I have contacted HR but they are just swipping it under the rug.. I know with just having surgery I don't need the stress of a new job, location, etc. But the stress of being under her and being so unhappy is killng me all the time.
It's not always but 50% of the time you can't talk to her depends on her mood for the day.
I am so torn because I am trying to build some sustability in staying and focusing on excerising and eating.. with this stuff going on.
Any thoughts??

If you really can't stand it and it has a negative impact on your health (mental/emotional and physical), then leaving should be considered.
On the other hand.... if you are not at 9 or 10, on a scale from 1 to 10, then consider holding on - unless you have determined it to be too detrimental for you.
It may be better to continue with your current insurance and job, while you continue to progress post-op. Might it be better to have your transformation happen there? What if your physician is not covered on a new plan?
Then you might start your fresh life, with a new job and you may be able to get a better offer and salary (I'd like to think that it doesn't matter, but it does matter).
But you need to look at what is best for you.
Best wishes.
