Wednesday - What's on your plate?
B - Fage, strawberries, splenda, ground flax, protein cereal
s - hot decaf green tea with splenda
pre-L - Cheezits
L - 1/2 pita, spinach, chicken, chickpeas, cottage cheese, green onion and an nsa chocolate pudding and a small pear - stuffed!
s - 1 1/2 scoop mint cookie protein made with water
s2 - apple?
D - might not have any because of late workout, if so it'll prolly be a protein bar.
Today's dos:
Acro yoga

Working then I think I'm doing church dinner (it's been...different at church dinner since pastor retired. we have a new pastor...a GIRL pastor...but still...not the same...adjustment...sigh...) then home to watch the debate. I think my excitement around the debate might mean I am old. Oh well. If you have to be old then it's good to be old and sexy and I am!
Eating:
1. 6 oz. unflavored Greek yogurt + 1 tbsp peanut butter + Splenda + a handful of this whole wheat hemp cereal I got at FitBloggin (I have decided I don't like hemp...it tastes the way weed smells)
2. A 6 inch Subway turkey breast/ham sub on whole wheat with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, black olives and banana peppers.
3. A homemade mocha (cocoa powder, coffee, Splenda, a bit of creamer)

Missed CrossFit this morning because my three year old was up 5 times last night and the last time he was up I was awake for the better part of an hour. Unfortunately for me if working out doesnt happen before everyone else is awake it just doesnt happen. Sigh. Eats today:

D: 2oz salmon, 1/2 c roasted zucchini & artichoke hearts
My dinner was small...I dont usually eat salmon and it filled me up quick. Im going to eat a banana in a bit and I might have another protein shake...Ive got enough calories for it!
