food cravings
So now that I am able to eat "real" food again I have only wanted 2 things... multi-grain tostios with salsa and salad with just lettuce, cheese, chicken, croutons and dressing. Those are the only things that taste good to me. I know the salad is fine but I wonder about the chips and salsa. Any ideas on this?

Watch the carbs and be mindful of how much of it you're eating. Are you keeping a food journal??

I've had a couple notchos with ground beef, low fat cheese, and salsa before, and was fine. I ate 4, and made sure the day I ate this I had no other carbs, all my protein and fluid... And I never for a second felt like I was cheating or what have you :)
