Good food tracker/journal needed

My Gladiator tub sitting right here by me is - for 2 scoops - 190 calories, 0 fat, 0 cholesterol, 1 carb, .4 sugar (Yes that is point 4 sugar), 45 Protein.  So it does not match although I like their calories better than mine.  Also I can't find my Kroger Greek Lite vanilla yogurt - 90 calories, 16 protein and 6 sugars.

A couple of times MFP argued with me that there was a certain product listed but it was not the numbers I had so I just made up my own name and entered a special item for me.  I have a long way to go but I think I have come fairly far this morning. My bottom is numb from sitting here so long.

I have been laboring and gotten in a week and a half of meals hunting and pecking.  The numbers are not right with my ham, turkey etc either so I am going to have to customize that too.  We get the fat free boars head deli at Kroger.  And my tortillas too. But I think I am out of control on the carbs.  I will complete the weight management program mid Nov. so no surgery even scheduled yet.  I am just "practicing" to get it right when the time is here.  Shocking the amount of sugar in raspberries and strawberries and black grapes - I love all that.  You always think you are doing so good eating fruit.  Sigh!  This is what I get for procrastinating.  At least I have it all down longhand - deciphering my writing is also a challenge.
Thanks for your help Larry - I appreciate it.  I knew MFP was here - just had not really tried to use it.

i just tried my fitness and really liked it almost everything I ate yesterday was on it and easy to change amounts

Well then the person who entered it made a mistake. You can make it what ever you want it to say. Enter a new one that is correct for others to use. Not that hard to do. I have my nomal breakfast entered and just it is called Larry's breakfast. I select it and one click and I am done. The program is very flexable. Just give it a try for a month or so and you will be sold. When you get on look me up and we can exchange diets and look out for each other.

I love that breakfast idea. I am going to try to do that. I have 2 that I usually do. I will keep you posted on me. Right now one day i am all for it and tomorrow i will be in panic mode. I think the failed lap band messed with my mind and my confidence somehow. Anyway got to be positive. No good staying like this.
