from what everyone says, upping the protein and fluids seems to help break stalls. I have a hard time getting in all my protein which is why I think mine is slow. I have lost 70 overall but 40 since my surgery date. so 40 in about 2 1/2 months which is averaging about 3 lbs a week which is not bad..but I do wi**** was a bit more of course.
