Today, I stepped on the scale and it read 140.0 exactly. It won't show up in my tracker yet, but I am at goal now! Now, comes the harder part of keeping it off. But I am ready for it. Bring it on!

Wow! It did show up in my tracker right away. Maybe there was a point to this OH upgrade after all, LOL!
