Snack Pak

I would look to what your plan says. With the sensation of fullness not really being present so early out, you can eat a lot more then you should. It's why it's good to measure. I think at that stage I was eating 1/2 a snack pack cup at a time.

At that stage, I was eating two one-ounce cups of food per meal in addition to drinking my shakes. I bought small plastic condiment cups from Gordon's Food Service and used those to measure and serve my food. My typical day was:
Breakfast: 1 oz runny oatmeal/cream o'wheat and 1 oz. greek yogurt
Lunch: 1 oz cream of chicken soup (strained) and 1 oz V8 juice
Dinner: 1 oz cream of mushroom soup (strained) and 1 oz apple juice
Eventhough pudding is a slider food, the sensation of being full isn't the same as it was pre-op. Stick to your doc's plan and be sure to measure everything before you eat it. I'm guessing that pudding cup is at least 4 oz.
