Two months today!
Yay! Two months out today...just amazing! I know I said the first month was amazing, but each day just gets better, which is amazing! LOL When you're first out of the hospital, you just can't picture what it really will be like. Thankfully, it's been a pretty smooth ride so far. Getting my vitamins straightened out, eating regular food, and learning better coping skills are tough, but well worth it.
Tomorrow will entail going to the Y, and finally working out! Now that they offer free babysitting, it will be much easier to take my daughter with me. I don't want to ask my parents to watch her because they're taking care of my sister while she goes through chemo, which started last Thursday. Thank you all for your kind words and encouragement during this difficult time for my family. I was having a hard time with it, but now doing much better. Thankfully, I couldn't stuff my face, which I know I would have done without batting an eyelash.
And, I'll post a picture of the cake I made for my friends' wedding from yesterday. I just need to get on the computer to do it.
