I am 11 weeks out but for the last week or so I am feeling more hungry than before. I take my protein drink and in about a hour or so I am hungry again. Have any one else had this problem?

When you start eating dense protein you will feel full longer

When you feel hungry drink water. If you finish your water and you are still hungry try a few bites of cottage cheese or refried beans or whatever. You are probably experiencing head hunger but it seems so real!

I'm 3 months out as of today, but I started experiencing hunger after the 1st week.  Not head hunger, not thirst, REAL tummy hunger.  My surgeon said this is a normal sign I was healing quickly.

When I work out a lot or am very active, I get more hungry as I'm burning more calories.  Also, your protein drink won't keep you full very long.  Try eating your protein instead.  That'll help the hunger too.

the same thing has been happening to me. I called my nutritionist and this is what she said. she said to split my protein shake into 2 servings. Drink the first 1 as usual but save the second portion for when that hungry hit. She said to drink the second portion to curb hunger. she said also increase my fluid intake and to eat my other meals as normal.
