I finished a 250 calorie Lean Cuisine....
I hate going out to eat with other post-ops. Have since just a couple months out. Yes, at about 5 months out I finished 4oz of steak, a sweet potato and some broccoli. And yes, I have lost about185lbs, participated in 3 sprint Triathlons, etc.
Eat smart... good choices.... use control and good sense. And when someone says "You can eat alll of that?" Just smile and nod - you don't owe anyone an explanation or apology. You are the one who has to live with your choices.

Well.. Pasta does go down much easier.. There is nothing bad in a lean cuisine. Are you logging your intake? If you are within your plan limits for carbs , fat and protein then I think it's great that you have found a food item that was quick and easy to prepare.
If on the other hand you went over your plan limits, then, you have learned a valuable lesson and will probably want to pay more attention to measuring your food.
I will be a year out on the 28th of this month. Sometimes I can finish one and sometimes I can't.. Beullah (my pouch) gets a little cranky from time to time
The only down side to lean cuisines is the protein to calorie count... ( although I DO NOT count calories) are the calories you ate worth it compared to the limited amount of protein you got?
As a person who has really struggled this past year trying to eat enough, that would be where I would have some concern. I MUST focus on PROTEIN... I have lost too much muscle to fill up on the pasta that won't help me versus the protein that will stop the muscle loss. So, my point is it was one lean cuisine.. Not a week of them
just keep them as an " in case of emergency" .. Enjoy them and make sure you are getting all the protein you are supposed to be getting. Good luck on your journey
