Body aches

 I've had bouts of aches in the past few years, but nothing too crazy or unbearable. However, since surgery, I've been noticing the aches are much more frequent. Right now, my hands hurt so much, it's kinda not cool. 

Has anyone experienced this post-op? If so, what other symptoms did you have?

 1. Non of us are getting any younger

2. If your exercising to loose weight, you might be aggravating your bodies short comings.

My knees, hips and sometimes even the bones in my feet like to torture me.

 Oh, to be 23 again! LOL 

It could be from this weekend. I definitely pushed myself with the cake decorating and baking, and not getting everything in. 

I am three months post op. have lost 113 lbs since my first visit with the surgeon last aug. I find that I am quite a bit more sore. Wonder if losing weight and having everything shift does it?
