I'm so mad. I'm trying to lose and the numbers won't budge. It even says I've gained 2 pounds! I'm trying so hard. I just eat at night. But I'm trying to stop. I'm just feeling so depressed about it.
I agree with Justin, we need to eat breakfast to get our Metabolism going for the day. I am very guilty of not wanting to eat in the AM and have always had this problem and need to work on it myself.
