Hernia or Pulled Muscle?
Thur. while at a kickboxing class I got a terrible burning pain just below my belly button. It lasted about a minute. When I would move certain ways it would hurt but was able to finish the class. Well since then Im still having this burning pain in the same place when I move certain ways. Do you think I just pulled a muscle or did I tear something???? If it is just a pulled muscle, what should I do to speed the recovery? I will call my surgeon Mon. & make an appt. but was just curious what you guys thought. Thanks for any input!
