At work we periodically have lunch meetings with our sister branch, well today was one of those days! Our accountants come from two different towns, with one town having two accounting departments. Anyway today there was a couple of people from the one accounting office that haven't made it to one of our lunches since before I had surgery in May (they knew I had surgery). But, when I walked into the resturant today they both exclaimed "Look at you!!" and were very excited for me. Even many that I saw last month were able to see a difference from then to today!! I have to admit it felt really good to see their reactions!!!

It will hurt. It will take time. It will require dedication. It will require willpower. It requires sacrifice. There will be temptation. But, I promise you, when you reach your goal, it's WORTH IT! (Author Unknown). I feel this sums up my ongoing journey to a healthier me!
