I have tried many times to upload a profile picture and it always tells me that it is too large no matter how much I shrink it. Can someone please help me shrink it the correct way so that I dont have a black dot for a profile picture? Thanks in advance

If your still having problems getting your pic to the right size, I can help. It's really easy, Go to www.picmonkey.com. Click on "edit a photo" on the left side of the page. Upload your pic. Once it's open on the screen, your ready to re-size it. On the left side, down at the bottom, you'll see "re-size", click there. Next you'll see 2 boxes under that Re-size category, it says Change size to, you need to type in 200 in the first box. If that's still not small enough, you may have to go 100. Then you just save to your computer and you should be good to go. Hope this helps. Have a good night.

Tried this and it still wouldnt work? I even tried to make the first number as low as 25, but it still wouldnt work. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated
