It's so hard to believe that in 8 months I am 3 lbs away from having lost 100 lbs. It's amazing! Instead of sitting here thinking "why haven't I lost much the past couple months?" I've decided to focus on the positives. I've lost 97 freaken pounds in 8 months & that is Amazing! I never would of been able to do it on my own. So thankful to have had the opportunity to have this surgery to improve my way of life. I feel absolutely wonderful & have more energy to do the things I want to do. Just thought I'd share some positive thoughts.

Highest weight : 315 lbs, Surgery weight: 298.5 lbs, Current weight: 183.5 lbs

You have the best attitude! I have been trying to do the same. It just took me two weeks to lose 2.5 lbs. to finally get under 300 pounds. Now I have about 9 lbs. to go to get to 100 pounds lost! Congratulations to you.
