can I heat optifast?

In my packet it says I can gently warm it but it doesn't say a temperature. does anyone know a temperature? I was thinking about making myself something like hot chocolate with the chocolate optifast.

You can call them - but typical Proteins can be heated up to 130F. Give or take some degrees.

Yes- you can heat in microwave, etc. I used to mix my vanilla Optifast powder with hot coffee all the time.
