Candy Corn SF Protein pudding....thank you Nik!! Sooo yummy!

This is Nik's Candy Corn pudding recipe that I made.  It's so yummy, but I wish I had put the whipped topping on the bottom to look like a real giant candy corn.

Here's the site for this and many other recipes from Nik.  This is SF pudding and SF whipped topping, so if you are up to soft/mushy foods...even on pureed...you should be able to have it.  I LOVE LOVE LOVE candy corn, and this is probably as close to it as you can get.  I think the visual helps, too?  The colors, along with the hint of buttery flavor, brings to mind candy corn as you eat.  AND you are getting protein!
