What's for Dinner??
I miss these and the "what's on your plate?" threads.... :(
SO here ya go!
This morning I had an 0840 appointment with a cardiologist to follow up on some tests I had done a few weeks back. He said he isn't concerned at ALL about the physical changes the results indicated, because they are relatively normal in a "well-conditioned heart". WHAT??? WOOT!
After the doctor I had time to go to the house, pack for work and the gym, feed my animals and hit the door running. I attended my trainer's "Core and Upper Body Blast" class. Oh my goodness, I had no idea there were so many varieties of pushups!! My arms are noodly
After a shower it's a 12hr work shift. Gonna have some fun tonight letting the evening teams "trick or treat" at supervisor desks. Starting on end of month reports but limited in what I can do so Free day!

Yeah I was kinda bummed to see that I didn't see them! But I never had it together enough to post myself.
Today's eats for me
Breakfast: Nothing (shame!)
Lunch: TVP Tuna with a portion of Kay's Naturals protein chips mixed in (Holy protein, batman! 42g in that!)
Snack: four chicken wingettes
Snack: Caramel rice cake w/ 2 tbsp peanut butter
That's about where I am. Think I'll end it all with either a protein shake or my protein minute pudding. NOM.

I love this! As someone who is still pre-op I love seeing what people are eating, and how much. Really helps keep things in perspective.
Thanks!
Today I discovered that if I don't eat something substantial in the morning, I'm hungry ALL day! I started with
B- Coffee protein drink
S- EAS dark chocolate shake w/splash of SF raspberry flavoring
Lots of chicken broth and hot decaf lemon tea
L- (very late) chicken salad, green beans
S- Nik's Candy Corn protein pudding
Cheese stick
S- few bites chicken breast
D- Soup (Turkey sausage, Kale and Cannellini bean)
Lots of broth from above soup
I'm still hungry! Usually I have something like an egg white omelet or oatmeal early. I think it helps to keep me satisfied. I may have to break down and just eat some cottage cheese. Maybe SF jello...

You are the first person I've seen mention making the pudding. What'd you think?
Lately I have been craving bologna. Very strange.
