Not such good choices today ... Gonna pay for it, I think

I'll just use bigger font.  I have my page zoomed all the time so I can see and I guess it does look smaller if you don't have it the same. 
I'm just about 6 weeks out, so I'm thinking that I shouldn't have had some of the things that I had...corn, maybe and so much of the meats.  It was so uncomfortable last night that I took a pain pill that I had left over.  After I took it, I thought about how it might not go down.  But, I did get to sleep and didn't throw up.  Today, I've had soft foods only.  I will definitely be more careful. 
The papaya enzyme is something that I will look into to.  I've heard great things about it and to have it on hand might be helpful. 
I truly thank you all for being here. It's nice to know that there are people who are either going through the same thing, or have gone through it and can pass on some knowledge.
