Wii Fit

 

Does anyone have/use this?  Do they find that it really makes a difference?  Is it any good?

I've been thinking of getting the Wii for the longest time and now I'm just wondering if the Wii fit would worth the purchase.

I have a Wii and kinect. For me personally, I prefer the Wii because they have a ton of games I can play with my kids and get a good workout!

I'm on the fence with this one. I have the Wii fit and bought it specifically for after my surgery. I didn't find it very helpful with losing, but it does have yoga and good balancing excercises. However..there are other games like Zumba that can get you moving and I enjoy those much more!

 

I love mine.  I use it to weigh myself weekly.  It tracks my BMI and my weight.  It does have yoga, but it also has alot of games that can burn some calories!  I definitely use mine.

I think Wii Fit is a lot of fun.  I also get a great workout from the Just Dance games.

Thanks everyone!  November is an "extra" pay-cheque month so I've been thinking about picking this up.

My husband and I both love our WII.  I have the wii fit, walk it out, and some boxing workouts.
