L: 3 inches of a turkey/ham sub on wheat bread from Subway
S: Protein shake
D: Not sure. Probably chicken or a salad
S: Dannon Light and Fit Cherry Greek Yogurt (yummo!)

Iam determined to get back on track by counting my protien and fluids!! Today is a new day!!
b: boiled egg, whole wheat toast with crunchy peanut butter 18 g
s: ww cheese stick 6 g
L: blackened tilapia, broccoli with melted cheese 27 g
S: 8oz milk 8 g
That's it so far, but planning on squeezing a protien shake in and for dinner a small amnt of andouille sausage with peppers and onions, so hopefully that will be another 30.

I like them because I can get some new ideas when I see what others are eating. Don't fret, you'll eat more and more foods as you progress. In the beginning I was convinced I'd never get to eat "real food" again. :) I try to limit bread but when I do eat some it is only wheat/whole grain and toasted.

S- Egg white omelet w/leftover Moe's riceless burrito bowl (chicken, black beans, tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa)
S- (still hungry) Protein hot cocoa
L- Chili over ricotta cheese
D- Not sure? Maybe Sante Fe soup, if I ever make it!

Lots of broth, decaf hot tea, lemonade
Today, I'm hungry. I think it's more from boredom. It's taking EVERYTHING in my to not just eat all day.
