4 months out with Pics and SV

SOO happy to be in the 180's. I am much more excited to be here than I was to get to wonderland. I guess because i am pretty close to my short term goal of 160. i felt amazing at 160. i feel really good now but I want more!

i have lost 2 more lbs since the recent pictures which seem to come from my panni area. everytime i have measured the narrowest part of my waist recently i havent seen any changes but then I realized i was losing a lot from the lower part of my waist and I will take it!
