That is a very good point and I hadn't thought about that.....I was hoping there was a "magic" pill I could take and the pain would go away!  I will definitely find out what exactly is in the medication if they do prescribe me anything.

I had a shot in my shoulder and thought I would die!  lol  But having shots in my knees didn't hurt.  Well, I felt the gel shot the next day, but it wasn't bad at all - just knew I had did something.  Good luck! 

Hmmm, okay, so maybe it wasn't just me lol. . .maybe its a shoulder thing?  I dunno but I couldn't even move my arm for almost a week after that and the pain was ungodly!!!!! 

Thanks again, maybe I will keep an open mind to the shots. . .that's what my PCP mentioned for the Ortho appointment!
