I posted last night about how I felt like I failed. I guess just saying things out loud helps to make me feel accountable. So, I did get up at 5:30 this morning with all good plans to make it back to the gym but I woke up sick. My head was filled with sinus pressure. So instead, I took a LONG hot shower, took my time and went to work. I had my usual coffee and even grabbed a greek yogurt for breakfast. I felt so sick I didn't eat again. I did take 2 oz of cheddar cheese for snack and had protiein packed chili for lunch. I had 24 oz of water for an afternoon snack and a great veggie chicken caserol for dinner. I went to the gym before dinner and did 8 miles on the bike. I did weigh myself this morning and I'm down 1/2 pound. Water I know but hey, it's in the right direction.
So, Thanks for the encouragement last night. I really needed it. It just goes to show that it is all in my head. lol
More tomorrow!
