The usual problem is that when we set up the OH account we use an obscure e-mail address (I know I did) and then we forget to check THAT account ...
I get all my notifications to said obscure e-mail account that I only use for that purpose!

When you post (either in a new post or reply) there are 2 options under the place that you type your post. One is notify me when someone replies to my post and the other is use my signature. Be sure that is checked.
If that doesn't work go to My Account in the upper left corner of any page. Under that click on settings. Across the top there is BASIC, MANAGE, CONTACT, and CONTACT PREFERENCES. Click on the one that says CONTACT and be sure that the email address in the top box is correct.
