Between my daughter being sick, and then I caught whatever she had, I put exercise on the back burner. I started feeling human again, so I tried a few things this week. I went to a yoga class, which wasn't anything new, but it was nice to do more stretching. Then, I worked out in the fitness center on an elliptical. That used to be my stand-by when I frequented gyms over the last 10+ years, and as I was working out, I realized something. It was too easy! Hooray! Next time, I'll need to bump it up to make it more challenging. Lastly, I finally made it to my intro TRX class. All I can say is YOWZA! I'm still sore from Wednesday's class, but I felt great doing it. I know I need to work on some areas more than others, but it was a great class. Can't wait for next Wednesday!

I know it's been said on many posts here, but I'm really glad I had surgery. I never would be able to do what I just described had I not had surgery. I'm so grateful for this!

Great job on the exercise.  I need to step mine up, sigh.  I can get my beginners yoga DVD done now, but a zumba class at the gym kicked my a$$!!!

It's tough, but I really liked it.
