And, I've been throwing it up for the past 20 minutes. Ugh...this is what I get for waiting too long in between meals, then trying to overcompensate for it. I'll learn eventually. It just sucks right now in the moment.

I feel your pain.  Been there and done that, it sucks.  Get it up and chalk it up to experience.

It's definitely something that you only do once...if you are smart ;)  I did a couple weeks ago...too much, too fast, solids not chewed good enough mixed with slider food.  Boy did I ever suffer for about 45 minutes.  I was on the phone with my husband, almost in tears, then told him I had to go, I was gonna be sick...hung up fast and ran to the bathroom...barely made it!  It was definitely enough to steer me back to basics.  Hope you are feeling better!

I had a crappy day at work today so barely had time to eat my portions of food and did not have a hot item.. I work 12 hour shifts, I got home and warmed up some chili I had made... measured out half a cup, warmed it up and then ATE WAY TOO FAST.... half way through the portion I was stuck, felt horrible and started sneezing.. It went away but took a good 20 mins to subside..I wasnt sure if I was going to throw up or if it was going to be stuck there forever.. I won't make that mistake again... I am still new at this and planning  is key ( hard to plan anything when you work where I do!) ANyways... live and learn !! Hope you are feeling better now!
