Pain when rolling from side to back or side to standing.

I had RNY surgery almost twelve weeks ago.  I am having really bad pain when I lay on my right side and roll to my back or lay on my left side and stand up.  This just started a few weeks ago. I have been to the Dr. and he said that he didn't think that it was anything to do with anything new being wrong. He thinks it is muscular or skeletal.  I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I am almost 3 weeks out from lap exploratory surgery that had 6 incisions with the largest (6") on the left side. I am still having discomfort like you and I especially feel it if I do not have any Ex Str Tylenol in me.
