Kids say the darndest things

I was coming out of the shower, looking at my several small incision sites with the staple marks around them...thinking how yucky they look.  My daughter came back to the bathroom, as she looked at my stomach, she said, "You know, mom, those look like little butterflies on your stomach!"  Now, each time I look at them, I see butterflies...beautiful reminders of my "transformation". 

That's the sweetest thing!

Awww how SWEET! I LOVE kids!

Kids are so clear in their thinking. It's funny; the butterfly has become my "symbol"; I have one on a bracelet, several pins, and one hanging from my car's rearview mirror. It's all about my transformation. Love it!!!
