Eating enough through out the day
I am finding it is hard to eat six times a day I make a half a packet of oatmeal and eat a few bites then two hours later try a few sips of a protein shake ) drink about three bottles of water a day. Drink because i feel so dry all the time. That fills me up so much I don't care to eat or even think about eating the rest of the day! Any tips?
Sometimes, I seem to only get my protein shakes in. But each one is 25 grams of protein and count as 14 oz of fluid. So If I am having a not really hungry day I will do 2 shakes. Which gives me 50 grams out of my 60 g for protein and 28 oz of fluid. You can also do protein waters, those arent to bad if you find a flavor you like.
Also it always helps to put how far out you are. Since that changes alot of the answers you will get.
Work on fluid and protein. Food can wait if you are getting your protein and fluid.
