how to handle the PMS cravings??
Well I found something that worked for me. I took 1/4 of soy nuts (these are great if you don't know what they are....they are roasted soy beans with salt). That equals 11grams of protein. And I added in about 20 semi sweet chocolate chips to make a sort of trail mix. Semi sweet chips don't have much sugar, and I don't seem to dump on sugar anyway (not that I've had it in huge amounts). It hit the spot and I feel like I did it responsibly.
Today I feel much better and in control.
