Almost four weeks out and can't eat any meat at all
I was wondering if this is normal? I have try lunch meat(turkey and roast beef), ground beef, chicken, turkey. And all of it comes back up even if I have it mixed with something like masted poetes to make it softer. Any suggests on what I should do, or just wait it out. I'm getting most my portein from chesse, milk and peanut better and eggs.
I'm sorry to point this out, and I do this all the time too, but I have to say THANK YOU for making me laugh out loud (literally) and spit my water all over my keyboard.
I too would like to stay away from anything that is high in CRABS! hahahahahahahahahaha

I recall that I had canned chicken meat (meat fibers are more broken down with canned food) with some light alfredo sauce and another time with instant potatoes. That was the only way for me at that time.
I have tried the can chicken mix with instant potatoes. Still no luck. The only time I was able to eat meat was on thanksgiving, when I wasn't suppose to. I'm thinking I am just going to wait it out. I have been wanting Wendy's chili, but I know that isn't a good idea right now. Thanks for the suggestion
