Diet going well. I am a lucky one. My surgeon allows me to do protein shakes for two meals and a small no carb meal for third meal. I have lost 7.5 pounds so far.
I'm on day 5 too. I get 4 protein shakes, 2 boiled eggs at lunch, and 2 oz protein, unlimited veggies, 1 starch, and 1 fruit at supper. Down 5 pounds so far. I'm still getting hungry!
