I FEEL STUCK!

I haven't had a net loss in over a month or 6 weeks.  However, I have taken oral steroids and recently I had a steroid injection in my lower back.  With both forms of steroids, I gained about 7 pounds.  It goes back after about a week.

The sciatica pain is largely unrelenting despite chiropractic, physical therapy, pain pills, 2 forms of steroids and more.

I know I will go through a roller coaster of weigh-ins until the steroids stop at the end of December.  But if the pain doesn't stop, I don't know what I'm going to do.  Should I be thankful that I haven't had a net gain?

Another injected steroid of December 14th and again on December 28th.  The first one didn't help much.  What to do?

Have you had a MRI done?  I had problems with my SI and injections were not working.  Did a MRI and showed I needed a back Fusion.  Had it a year ago now.  Huge difference.....but still need to be careful.  I don't need injections or pain pills anymore.
