Full fat Fage
My market carries 0% and I've seen 2% elsewhere. Those are likelyt a better choice. I must made 3 quarts of homemade yogurt in my crockpot last night. I start with 5 qts of milk to make yogurt, use 1 1/4C 0% Fage yogurt for starter. I let it drain in several strainers for 10-12 hours. Put thicker yogurt into mixing bowl, add 2 boxes of SF Jello pudding of flavors I like, and mix. I then put into old Fage yogurt containers to store in fridge. Today I used SF cheesecake and SF white chocolate--tastes real good. DAVE

Nik (Bariatric Foodie) was the first one I saw mention the glory that is full fat Greek yogurt. I found the 4% Oikos and it's absolutely divine. The extra fat is worth the mouth feel. I don't eat it all the time because I enjoy a wide variety of flavored, unflavored, and fat free Greek yogurt. But I have to say, the full fat is in a class of it's own.

I bought full fat Cabot Greek yogurt once. I wondered if I could ever go back to fat free. But it occurs to me that my fave thing to put in yogurt is peanut butter so it probably comes out the same in the wash!
