Rain, rain go away....don't come back another day, lol.  Tired of the rain already.  Yesterday was a pretty good day food wise.  I stayed on track and went to the gym.  I felt good about myself at the end of the day.  I guess that is what this is all about, feeling good about oneself.  Food for the day -

B - Egg white omlette w/tomato slices

L - Protein Shake

D - Chicken w/veggies or fish

Snacks if needed - I packed a greek yogurt or string cheese and an apple.

Lots of water and coffee and the gym after work.

Have a great day everybody.  Stay dry!

It's not rainy here in Baltimore, but  I feel your pain!

Today is work then there is a dinner for my church council that I will attend then I am going to TRY to hit the gym before it closes. December means the 12 Days of Christmas at the Y. If you go 12 Days in December you get this really cool t-shirt. I WANT MY SHIRT!!! I've gotten it all but one of my post-op years. :)

Eats:

1. Click Frapp in a moment

2. Didn't bring lunch so will probably get a salad from somewhere

3. Probably another hot Click in the afternoon

4. Church council dinner is Italian - Chicken Cacciatore I believe

5. Not sure I'll need anything else but if so probably a rice cake with some tomato and cheese if I do

Excited for tomorrow's dinner. Made a riff off of Eggface's crockpot carnitas!!!

I'll swap you your rain for our -11F (-24C) temperatures.  It was so cold this morning my ears and fingers froze walking from car to the office.

It's so hard to go to the gym once I'm home for the night, though I have meetings tonight so the gym wouldn't happen anyways (any excuse these days)  I miss summer and just jumping on my bike and going for a ride.!

Today's eats so far

Premier Protein shake for breakfast

Texas style no bean chili for lunch (with tex mex cheese melted on top)

Atkins Shake for snack

Supper:  no idea yet, not sure if I am going to cook or have something out

ES:  Soya Nuts, maybe

I've been wavering around the 200 pound mark for like weeks.  I think I'm self sabotaging, there is something about that number that's gotten into my head.  So anyways, hoping this week I can stay on course and budge that darn scale.
