Sleeve revision to RNY on Jan29th

Due to Gerd, Tiny Ulcer, small hernia and not reaching weight goal...I am revising my sleeve to the RNY.   My insurance is covering it and my Doctor is excellent.   Any advice on how to remain healthy without running into all the issues I see posted such as hypoglycemia...more ulcers...nausea. Or does this just come with the surgery?
