Good Morning All!

Hopefully a quiet day here at work.  The boss is out for the rest of the week and next week we are off so "YEA ME!"

Food for the day as we speak -

B - Steel cut oats w/protein

L - Protein Shake

D - Turkey breast w/lettuce, tomato on sandwich thin

S - Greek yogurt, string cheese, etc.

Lots of water and coffee.

Enjoy the day without the boss :)

Drove to work in a snow storm but made it in ok. For some reason my head is telling me to go get pancakes for breakfast, And I have to tell myself that just because it's cold and snowy doesn't' mean we get to pack on 100lbs and hibernate for the winter.

So food for today

B: egg beaters on 100 cal english muffin, banana

S: Cottage cheese and an apple

L: mixed green salad w grilled chicken

S: Cheese stick, oragne

D: Turkey burgers and baked fries, green beans

S: Homemade Hazelnut latte

Goal: Track, track, track so I don't snack, snack, snack!

I think my hubby is the next victim to this stomach bug going through our house. He's starting to not feel well so is staying home today. Uh oh. 2 kids, 1 parent down. 1 kid and me left. Yikes.

B: Protein shake

L: Chicken drumstick no skin, either baked beans or apple with greek yogurt

S: Steak, green beans

Snacks: apple with yogurt if I don't have it for lunch, cheese stick or cheez its if needed

I got off work at 0100 last night, had a training at 0900 this morning at work yippee. Gonna be a loooong day - and exhaustion breeds snacking so I have a plan for TONS of food today, but still within my calorie goal.  I have Spin at noon, then a meeting, then work, FLEX time off for Kickboxing class, then wor****il 0100.

B - Vanilla Latte Click

S - eggo pumpkin spice waffle w/ peanut butter (pre Spin),  coconu****er/ orange cream protein post spin

L - Salad w/ tyson grilled chicken

S - Mint cookie protein, apple, turkey pepperoni / laughing cow cheese

D - egg stirs, turkey bacon tortilla

S - salad / grilled chicken; click;  maybe a turkey bacon tortilla
